Can I get a refund?

MenuSano does not issue refunds. Customers are able to try MenuSano, free for 14 Days, book a demo, or watch our system videos. We encourage our users to assess the system to make sure it will meet their needs for nutrition analysis and recipe costing.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. You will continue to have access rights to the account until the end of the subscription term.

Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless they are cancelled.

To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:

1. Sign Into your account, click on the apple at the top right of the screen.

2. Select the Subscription Management tab and click "Manage Subscription"

3. Scroll down and click on "Cancel Subscription"
