Exporting Recipes
On the My Recipes screen select Summary or Breakdown to export the nutrition information to an excel file on your computer.
On the Edit Recipe screen, select "Print Recipe" and then save it to your computer as a PDF
Exporting Dishes
On the My Menu Items page, select "Export To Excel"
Export My Ingredients (Custom Ingredient)
On the My Ingredients page, select "Export To Excel"
